Registration Information

Users must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering an account. j88vip reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a National Identity Card (MyKad) or passport at any stage. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

Transaction Limits

The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50. There is no general maximum limit set, however j88vip reserves the right to impose limits at its discretion in certain situations. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for payments made via cryptocurrency.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

j88vip offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is allowed.

For example: If you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your account balance becomes RM200. You need to meet a wagering requirement of RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before winnings from the bonus portion can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,800, the maximum bonus is RM888 making the balance RM2,688, and the wagering requirement to be met is RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion has its own terms and validity period as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be used together with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
• j88vip reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through inconsistent betting or hedging strategies may result in the bonus being voided.

VIP and Cashback Programme

Active players are eligible to join the j88vip VIP programme which offers weekly cashback. There are four VIP tiers: Bronze offers cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2% per week. Tier upgrades depend on the player's activity and betting history.

5. Game Rules and Betting

All games offered by j88vip operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) or live systems with licensed game providers. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless a verified technical error is proven to have occurred.

Technical Errors

If a software error, connection disruption or system fault occurs during a game session, j88vip reserves the right to void or correct any affected bets. Winnings resulting from a material technical error will not be paid out.

For sports betting, all odds displayed are current at the time of display. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. j88vip reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human error.

Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their account. j88vip is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by negligence in safeguarding your password.

j88vip does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption. Any indirect loss, loss of employment, data or profit resulting from technical disruptions will not be the responsibility of j88vip unless directly proven to have been caused by gross negligence on the part of the platform.

Account Closure upon Request

Players may request account closure at any time through customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal after a brief review. j88vip also reserves the right to close accounts for the purpose of player protection for those who request self-exclusion.

8. Amendment of Terms and Applicable Law
